"Healing Offers from the Depth of the Heart" 

UCSD Center for Mindfulness Cultural Programs

UC San Diego Center for Mindfulness “Cultural Programs” is offering a free program  “Healing Offers from the Depth of the Heart”. during February 2026 for Black History Month, Monday’s, 5:30-6:30 PM Pacific Time.

The overall theme for this year’s offering, is commemoration and transformation.

The program, which includes a different speaker for each week, is offered online and is open to everyone.  Dr. Davis will be presenting, February 16th on “Freedom”.  Hope to see you there.
